The staff at Hotel Ca Zusto Venezia were really good, always friendly and informative. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, close enough to all the attractions but still peaceful and quiet.

Now, I must mention the lighting in the room. Although it created a nice ambiance, it was quite dim and made it difficult to see anything after dark.

We had an amazing stay in a cozy room with a small internal terrace. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was away from the crowded tourist areas, but still close enough to easily access Venice's attractions. The staff were friendly and ready to help with any request. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and appreciated the clean rooms and fantastic decoration. The hotel also provided useful information about the city and even offered umbrellas during the high waters.
